The Health Science Teachers Conference, THOA | CTE
The Conference for Health Science Teachers by Health Science Teachers!

  • The conference fee includes both Workshops and General Sessions.    
  • Sunday & Monday: New Teacher Training and CPR Instructor Certification. 
  • Monday: Conference registration includes Health Science-specific workshops to be chosen during "On-Site" registration at the conference 
  • Tuesday and Wednesday: General conference days include Opening and Closing Sessions with breakout sessions in between. 
  • A complimentary THOA membership is included with all paid conference registrations.
  • Attendee's have opportunities to visit vendor booths starting on Monday afternoon to view the newest technology relevant to health science education.
  • Attendees gain access to the newest, latest, and greatest that our great state has to offer health science teachers.

Payment Due date for Regular Registration: July 10, 2026; no refunds issued after July 10, 2026 
BLS Instructor Course Payment is due by: May 15, 2026
 
Late and On Site Registrations after July 10, 2026 will be credit card payment only. 

If planning to pay by district check, please choose "Bill Me" (print Invoice Option). This will provide an invoice that should be sent to the school district to process payment. 
  • Payment by a check or direct deposit must be received by the payment deadline, which is 10 days before the conference. Refunds will not be issued after the payment deadline.
Be aware that mail delivery can take up to 2 weeks to arrive at our PO Box. It is recommended that districts consider direct deposit or credit card payments. Please contact THOA to fill out a direct deposit request. Our W9 can be accessed at the bottom of our website.
