Our conference hotel is sold out on Monday and Tuesday, our peak nights. We still have a few rooms left for attendees who are staying for both pre-conference (staying Saturday or Sunday night) and post-conference tour (staying Wednesday night). You must contact the hotel directly by using the information below. If you are planning to attend the conference in-person, please book your hotel ASAP. If we need to acquire more overflow rooms, we must do so ASAP because there are many events happenings in College Station surrounding our conference dates and rooms are selling out all over town.
Also, because we are at capacity, if you are holding a room reservation and decided to go virtual and/or not attend the conference, please release your room. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated in the matter. Thanks so much!
